Celebrating the harmonica virtuoso Tommy Reilly’s life with a live performance by Shima Kobayashi as she shares her experience of being his last pupil. Focusing on the compositions of Tommy and composers who worked with him, such as Robert Farnon.
Featuring recordings of lessons with him and an in-depth talk by Roger Trobridge about the harmonica scene during the 1930-1960s using his extensive archive collections.
The Presentation also includes a recorded contribution from harmonica virtuoso Sigmund Groven.
Admission fee: £16 includes refreshments during the first interval
A selection of CDs and Books will be available for sale
